Made from scratch
Our preparation process is fully handmade. We shape the rice and carefully select the fish for each sushi piece.
We apply precise cutting techniques to extract maximum flavor, and we create our own sauces to balance acidity, rice, and fish.
We strictly control resting times to guarantee freshness, safety, and the best flavor experience in every order.
We also use technology to optimize delivery and reduce travel time to a minimum in our home-delivery service.
